2c fresh blueberries
2c fresh strawberries, diced
1.5 c sugar
2 c mini marshmallows
8 oz cream cheese
2 c heavy whipping cream
Combine berries & 1c sugar. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hr to let flavors blend.
Add marshmallows, cover and refrigerate for another hr to let flavors blend.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2c sugar until smooth. Add the heavy whipping cream and beat on high until stiff peaks form.
Fold the berries mix into the cheesecake mix. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hrs or overnight.
